By chance (or perhaps it’s not a coincidence after all), I learned about Tamara Dukic and her healthy eating program while driving a guy I hadn’t seen in a year. Although he was never generally obese, I noticed he had lost weight. Curious about his transformation, I asked him how he did it, and he shared the story of Tamara Dukic with me. Inspired, I decided to join her program, although I’m not sure why it took me over a month to reach out to her for the first time.
During the first webinar, I met Tamara and learned what a healthy diet truly entails. Many of us believe we are eating healthily, only to discover, through an expert’s insights, that we have misconceptions. I was pleasantly shocked and excited to be part of her program, and I quickly agreed to join.
Transitioning to her regimen was easy, and within a week, I began to notice positive changes. I no longer experienced bloating, and the flatulence that had bothered me was gone. I used to take Controloc for heartburn, but that issue disappeared as well. Previously, I struggled with a gastric ring that didn’t function properly, leading to occasional food regurgitation after eating.
The weight started to drop, even though I didn’t consider myself to have a significant weight problem. At the beginning of the program, I weighed 78 kg at a height of 175 cm. Now, after two months of healthy eating under Tamara’s guidance, I weigh 68 kg. I want to stress that I never felt hungry; I eat as much as I want during each meal, and the pounds have come off effortlessly.
There are no more issues with flatulence, heartburn, or reliance on medication for those problems—it was all resolved simply through proper nutrition. I am now beginning a body detoxification process, which I believe will lead to even more health improvements that I may not even be aware of yet.
I am incredibly grateful to Tamara for sharing the knowledge she has gained through her own efforts. She selflessly offers this information for the benefit of all, promoting a healthy life free from disease. In my life, time and again, the universe reminds me that nothing is accidental. I recently went on vacation to Vietnam, filled with the same excitement I typically feel for any trip—eager for adventure and fun. However, this vacation turned out to be much more than that! Upon arriving at the airport in Vietnam, I was greeted by a remarkable woman named Tamara. Yes, Tamara! She transformed my vacation into a more enriching, healthier, and educational experience. She taught me how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet that promotes a life free from disease and therapy for the rest of my life! Yes, you heard that correctly: LIFE WITHOUT DISEASE OR THERAPY!
For the first time, I realized that a person doesn't have to suffer from illness; naturally, we should all pass away from old age, not from disease. With Tamara's guidance, I changed my eating habits, achieving what I now consider permanent health.
Many of my friends and family express their skepticism, saying, "It's hard; thank you, but I can't do it." Tamara and I believe that no one should have to struggle with this. What does that mean? It means that we can all remain healthy together.
With this article, I hope to encourage people to reflect more on their diets and consider why they constantly feel unwell. This message can best be conveyed by none other than my moving, living encyclopedia: Tamara Dukic!

I paid close attention to what I ate, believing that I was eating healthily by consuming homemade stews prepared with minimal olive oil. I sourced my groceries exclusively from verified sellers, avoided industrial sugars and juices, and didn't struggle with my weight. I enjoyed a diet rich in fruits and vegetables. However, my body began sending me different signals. I felt heavy and tired; acne appeared on my face, and my skin lost its vitality. Despite my naturally energetic and active disposition, I found myself with diminishing energy and concentration throughout the day. Frequent headaches plagued me, and I trained less often due to lack of strength. This made me feel awful because I couldn’t devote myself to my children as I would have liked, and I didn't realize what I was doing wrong. At Tamara's first lecture, everything became clear to me. I finally understood the signals my body was sending and where my dietary mistakes lay. I began replacing one meal at a time with whole plant food meals. It took me a few days to determine the right portions of food to keep me feeling full for an extended period. It was a strange sensation knowing that I could eat as much as I wanted. Initially, I didn’t notice any changes for the first 10 days or so. However, once I included lunch alongside breakfast, I felt lighter after eating. The scales indicated that I was losing weight, but I didn't notice any difference in my wardrobe just yet. About a month in, I experienced a slight chill, reminiscent of the onset of a cold. My body rejected everything except water and citrus, and I fell asleep early that night. When I woke up in the morning, I felt as if I were 5 kg lighter. The bloating was gone, and although I had never had a flat stomach due to diastasis, I felt a change. The scale continued to show a decrease in weight, and for the first time, I noticed I had a waist. The fat around my internal organs gradually melted away. My skin cleared up, I regained my energy, and everything felt manageable again. I returned to training and addressed the diastasis I had struggled with after my second birth. Many of my childhood ailments started to vanish—sneezing, allergies, headaches, and painful, heavy menstrual cycles. I experienced so many benefits from this dietary shift that I felt compelled to recommend it to everyone around me. I didn’t feel hungry; the food was easy to prepare, often using whatever was available in the fridge. My family members, noticing my satisfaction, began to exchange their usual meals for what I was eating. I will forever be grateful to this wonderful woman for all the advice and knowledge she selflessly shares, aiming to make us all feel better. Tamara, thank you once again for everything and for helping me rediscover myself!

I have known Tamara for many years, and I am fascinated by her dedication to health and wellness. Since I suffer from an underactive thyroid gland and have been diagnosed with insulin resistance, I often seek her advice. She recommended that I switch to a low-fat, whole plant-based diet and announced her plans to create a course for those with similar health issues. She explained that this type of diet could help eliminate my problems, meaning I would need to cut out all animal products and cook with water.

The recipes she recommended are not only interesting but also easy to prepare. I can cook lunch in just 15-20 minutes, which is a huge benefit for busy professionals and parents. Tamara has taught me how to save time and even prepare some meals in advance. During the course, I had the opportunity to consult with her about everything. Tamara is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with, always willing to share useful tips and information.
The first changes I noticed during the course were a decrease in weight, clearer skin, and increased energy levels. People frequently comment, “Wow, you’ve lost so much weight,” or “I don’t know what you’re doing, but your skin looks different and more beautiful,” and “You’ve become really beautiful.”
