I took care of what I ate and I thought I was eating healthy if I ate homemade stewed food prepared with very little olive oil, I buy groceries exclusively from verified sellers, I don't eat industrial sugars and juices, I don't have a weight problem, I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, but my body started sending different signals. I felt heavy and tired. Acne started to appear on my face, and my skin became lifeless. Although I am very energetic and active by nature, I had less and less energy and concentration throughout the day. I had frequent headaches. I trained less often because I didn't have the strength. I felt very bad because I couldn't devote myself or my children as I would have liked, and I didn't realize what I was doing wrong. At Tamara's first lecture, it was completely clear to me what signals my body was sending and where I was making mistakes in my diet. I replaced one meal at a time with whole-food plant-based meals. It took me a couple of days to figure out how much food I needed to stay full for a long time. It's a very strange feeling when you know you can eat as much as you want. I didn't see any changes for the first 10 or so days. When I included lunch in addition to breakfast, I noticed that I felt lighter after the meal. The scale showed that I was losing weight, but I didn't notice it from my wardrobe. After about a month, a slight shiver started, like before a cold. My body rejected everything except water and citrus, and I fell asleep very early that day. In the morning, when I got up, I had the feeling that I was 5 kg lighter. Stomach bloating is gone. I never had a flat stomach because of diastasis before, and I thought that was okay. The scale showed less and less weight, and I started to notice that I also had a waist. The fat between the internal organs melted away. The skin on my face cleared up, and I was energetic again; nothing was difficult for me. I returned to training and took care of the diastasis that I struggled with after my second birth. All the usual things from childhood started to disappear. Sneezing, allergies, headaches, painful and heavy cycles. I experienced numerous benefits from this diet that I feel compelled to recommend it to everyone around me. I'm not hungry; food is easy to prepare, often from what's in the fridge. My family members, who see my satisfaction, start putting away the food they're used to and eat what I eat. I will never be able to thank this beautiful woman enough for all the advice and knowledge she selflessly shares with the desire to make us all feel good. I have known Tamara for many years, and I am impressed by her dedication to her body and health. Given that I suffer from an underactive thyroid gland and have been diagnosed with insulin resistance, I often ask her for some advice. She recommended that I switch to a low-fat, whole plant-based diet and announced that she would create a course for all those who have a health problem like mine. She explained to me that with this kind of diet, I can eliminate all those problems. This means that I should eliminate all animal products and cook with water. I must admit that at first, I considered whether to undertake such a transition, as I wasn't sure if I could withstand it. Already after the first lesson, it became clear to me what it all means and that I urgently need to change my bad habits. And so my transition began. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are introduced gradually, allowing for an adjustment period. There is nothing sudden, and there is no starvation. My fear was unfounded. What I like most is that it depicts the state of the organism in a straightforward and picturesque way when we ingest what she calls "garbage" from food, which the majority of the planet's population consumes. When I introduced breakfast, my stomach wasn't bloated, and I felt full. Most of all, I like the fact that absolutely everything from the green list that she designed can be eaten in unlimited quantities. The recipes she recommended are exciting. It is also easy to improvise and cook lunch in just 15-20 minutes, making life easier for businesspeople and mothers with children. With Tamara, I also learned how to save time and prepare some meals in advance. During the course, you can consult with her about everything. Tamara is very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. She'll be happy to give you all the valuable tips and information you'll want to keep by your side forever. The first changes I noticed during the course were that my weight started to decrease, my skin began to clear, and I gained more energy. When people see me, they usually tell me: "Wow, how much weight you've lost", "I don't know what you've been doing, but your skin looks different and more beautiful", "You've gotten wonderful... Of course, it's not all about appearance; it's essential to feel beautiful in your skin. My battle with healing has just begun, and I look forward to each day and the success I make.
